Sentinel-1 SAR processing. No code.

Process Sentinel-1 SAR data directly in QGIS

Select your AOI, choose spectral indices and render modes, visualize time series, and export results — all without leaving QGIS.

Features

Core Features

A complete workflow for SAR data processing in QGIS with Google Earth Engine integration.

🌚

Multiple Spectral Indices

VV/VH Ratio, RVI, and DpRVI — choose the index that best fits your analysis.

🌟

Flexible Render Modes

RGB composites with contrast enhancement or Viridis pseudocolor for intuitive visualization.

📊

Interactive Time Series

Plotly charts with zoom, pan, and hover — filter by date and export as CSV.

Batch Download

Download multiple images with progress tracking. All images auto-load into QGIS.

Preprocessing Options

Border noise correction, terrain flattening, and speckle filtering with full control.

GEE Integration

Authenticate with Google Cloud and access Sentinel-1 ARD collection directly.

Workflow

How It Works

A three-step workflow from authentication to loaded SAR imagery in QGIS.

01

Authenticate

Set up your Google Cloud project ID and authenticate with Google Earth Engine through the plugin.

02

Configure & Run

Select your AOI, date range, spectral index, and parameters. Click Run to generate the time series.

03

Visualize & Export

View charts, filter dates, preview or download SAR images, and export as CSV or GeoTIFF.

GEE Setup

Getting Started

Set up Google Earth Engine and configure AGLgis to start processing Sentinel-1 data.

01

Create a GEE account

Sign up for free at earthengine.google.com.

→ Go to Earth Engine
02

Create a Google Cloud project

Create a new project and link it to your GEE account.

→ Google Cloud Console
03

Enable Earth Engine API

In Cloud Console, search for Earth Engine API and enable it.

→ Enable API
04

Set your use case

Declare your use case in the GEE configuration page.

→ GEE Configuration
05

Authenticate in AGLgis

Open AGLgis in QGIS, click Authenticate, and enter your Cloud project ID.
